Anyone willing to Split a room?

As Starshine stated before we could get about 3-4 people to cut the cost of a room. so if anyone interested please let me know. One more thing I am currently stuck without a ride but if some ones willing I will chip in for gas and such

I am certainly willing to share a room. I /might/ have a buddy coming with me who could be interested as well, but he is unsure as of now. Actually, I have not fully confirmed that I am coming... but if I am, I'd be more than glad to slit up room costs. Where do you live? o3o

Its like no one wants to split a room four ways. 30 is not as steep as it sounds but I don't blame um'. The bulk of the money will be spent on pony alone. There is still plenty of time for people to decide what to do or where to go.

No one other than you has said that they want to share a room on here... but on the Michigan Bronies site, it is a different story. I've already met 2 or 3 guys willing to share a room.

Yeah, that's a good question. Now that I finally got my bonus, I was going to book the room, but... I really don't want to have to front the whole $300.

The biggest thing is I usually go to cons with friends, but most are busy or broke. Also, I'll probably be drinking with Soren and other bronies, so, y'know if that's a problem...

Also Black, I'm in Kent, so I may be able to give you a ride down even if we're not sharing a room.

Hmm, I think I'm one of the older Bronies (at least out of those that I've seen on this site thus far) I am still under 21 (I'm 19) but I don't mind hanging out in a bar with y'all.

The average age for all attendees so far is 23. Not sure how representative of overall attendees this forum is, and since badges for children under 12 will be handled at con, I'm not sure how much that'll skew things, but that's something to go by.

I'm really interested in checking this con out, but I don't think I could write off the cost of a room by myself. If you guys aren't looking anymore, just point me to someone who is. =P I might also have a roommate looking for space, too.

I've been to several conventions before, so I'm freakishly accustomed to these kind of sleeping arrangements. I think 10 people to a room was the fullest? So yeah, I'll be fine camping out on the floor and being woken up or awake at all hours.

Also, for anyone interested in drinking, I've been told I can pick out a pretty good bottle of liquor. I can always bring a bottle of something as a peace offering, I just need to know your poison.

So, what I'd like to do is start creating Skype calls to organize rooming and rides. If you're interested in joining these Skype calls, PM me your Skype name and leave a suggestion of when we should do them. If you know of a better way to communicate than Skype or if you cannot use Skype, PM me also and we'll talk. (You don't need audio or video to Skype) :3
